At Archway School we are committed to providing helpful information and opportunities for primary school students and their parents to prepare for transition to secondary school.

With so much choice in the Stroud area we understand how important it is for students and their parents to make informed choices when it comes to selecting the most appropriate secondary school.

To facilitate this we work closely with local primary schools to arrange a number of events for Y5 students & their parents each academic year:

Virtual meetings with Mr Smith and the Year 7 Transition Team take place in the Spring Term of Y5. Students can find out more about life as a secondary school student and in particular ask questions about opportunities on offer at our school.

Take a virtual tour around the school to view our facilities and see the opportunities on offer at Archway.  You will be able to continue developing skills and talents that you have discovered at primary school and you will also have the chance to try many new pursuits.
